Instead of buying a large home and land, you can purchase an ADU-sized home that is fully powered by renewable energy, comes with a clean and safe water supply, and is supported by gardens full of organic food. This clear, step-by-step path to homeownership is designed to completely end homelessness and halt the housing crisis, offering a practical, scalable solution for sustainable living. -~- Our structure is simple and designed for clarity. It all starts with our Private Membership Association, the Black Diamond Guild, which organizes Project Home Base. First, you can join as a Bronze member for just $10 a month, giving you full access to our website’s knowledge base, all on-site retreats, and the goods and services produced by our charity through the PMA. For those seeking extended engagement, our Silver, Gold, and Diamond memberships allow you to stay on-site for months—and even up to 99 years. The three different Project Home Base retreats—Dignity Dens, Bridging The Gap, and Next Step—are outlined below. |
