Before we can officially welcome you as a volunteer with Ascending Awareness, you’ll need to review and sign two brief documents: our 'Conflict of Interest and Disclosure Form' and our 'Equipment and Business Travel Usage Policy'.

These forms serve as a simple code of conduct—ensuring that our shared tools are respected, that any damages are reported, and most importantly, that all volunteers represent our mission with professionalism and integrity when out in the community. For your convenience, these forms will be emailed to you via DocHub and can be signed easily on your phone or device.
You will not be allowed to volunteer until both forms are signed.
