You may enter through a Dignity Den — or through our structured retreat spaces designed for those arriving in a van, RV, military tent, or traditional tent. Stability comes first. Structure comes next. From there, Bridging the Gap moves you into a larger dwelling while you build disciplined savings and develop the real-world habits that prepare you for long-term ownership. Then comes Next Step. Your Next Step home is your ADU-sized residence — built for mobility, flexibility, and control. You may design it as a tiny home on wheels, or place it on a portable helical pier foundation for a stable, code-ready structure. You can remain in your ADU during extended Gold or Diamond retreats for up to ninety-nine years if you choose. Or you can relocate it onto property you purchase, living in it on your own land — self-sustaining and off-grid capable — while you build your forever home. Through Blueprint Development, structured within the Guild, we assist with drafting plans and navigating permits for that permanent residence. That means you can live in your ADU on your property while your long-term home is being constructed — reducing overhead, maintaining independence, and building strategically. This is not charity.
