1) Do you handle small jobs, or only big projects?

Yes--both. Whether you want a room painted, a few trees planted, a new light fixture installed, a bathroom refreshed, or you’re planning a full addition, ADU, or custom home, we treat it all the same way: clear scope, clear timeline, clean workmanship, and respectful communication.
The reason this works so smoothly is because our crews aren’t random strangers pulled off the internet—your project is handled by fellow members working inside the same private network, with shared standards and real accountability.

2) How do I get started and get an estimate?

Simple. Once you’re a member, we schedule a visit where one of our local members comes out to:
  • walk the site with you
  • ask the right questions
  • take photos and measurements
  • identify constraints (access, utilities, existing conditions)
  • capture what matters most to you (style, priority, budget comfort)
Then your information goes back to our main office team, and we build a written proposal that’s easy to understand. We email it to you for e-signature, so you can approve everything right from your phone.

3) Do I have to become a member before you’ll do anything?

Yes. Blueprint Development is available only to members of Black Diamond Guild.
Membership is free, and it must be active:
  • before we schedule work
  • while we draft plans or prepare proposals
  • throughout the entire duration of the project
That membership requirement isn’t a “gotcha.” It’s what keeps the relationship private, contractually clean, and protected for both sides—a closed-loop brotherhood of professionals and homeowners working together with shared expectations.

4) Why do I have to keep my membership active during the project?

Because membership is what keeps the entire process inside the private member-to-member structure. It protects you and protects us by ensuring:
  • the project stays within the agreed private framework
  • the agreements, communications, and accountability remain consistent
  • the work is performed by vetted members within the same standards
In plain language: it keeps everything steady, organized, and secure until the job is complete.

5) Who is actually coming to my house to do the work?

Other members, just like you. The people who show up are part of the same private association—local craftspeople and professionals who live and work in your area.
And if your project needs something very specialized, your local team isn’t stuck figuring it out alone. They have a nationwide network of builders and specialists they can consult—or we can bring in a traveling specialist if your project calls for rare craftsmanship.

6) What types of work do you do—exactly?

If it can be done to a residential property, we do it--one hundred percent. That includes, but isn’t limited to:
  • plans, design, and drafting
  • additions, ADUs, garage conversions, new builds, custom homes
  • remodels (kitchens, bathrooms, whole-house)
  • painting (interior/exterior), drywall, flooring, tile, finish carpentry
  • plumbing and electrical (including licensed sign-offs when required)
  • windows, doors, roofing, siding, decks, patios, fences
  • concrete, grading, drainage, landscaping, planting trees
  • machinery work and heavy lifting when needed
Homeowners love this because it means: one trusted team, not a dozen separate vendors.

7) Do you pull permits and handle city/county coordination?

Yes. When a permit is required, we handle the process: scheduling, coordination, plan submissions, and communication with any city or county official involved.
We also understand that some scopes require licensed professionals (especially certain electrical and plumbing work) and environmental health requirements (especially around sewer/waste). We’re built for that. We’ll structure the scope correctly, coordinate the right sign-offs, and keep the project moving without you having to chase paperwork.

8) Do you draft plans and provide 3D renderings and walkthrough videos?

Yes. For projects that require design and planning, we can provide:
  • drafted plans
  • three-dimensional renderings
  • video walkthroughs so you can “stand inside” your future space before building
This makes decision-making easier, reduces surprises, and helps you feel confident about what you’re approving—especially for additions, ADUs, remodels, and new builds.

9) Do you order materials and manage deliveries, or do I have to do that?

We manage it. We order materials, coordinate deliveries, and schedule crews so the job flows properly.
You can absolutely pick your finishes (colors, fixtures, flooring, tile, cabinets, etc.), and we’ll guide you with options—but you don’t have to become a supply-chain manager to get your home improved. We keep it simple and organized.

10) What happens if I change my mind mid-project or want design changes?

That’s normal—and we’re set up for it. You’ll talk with us directly, and we’ll:
  • confirm the change in writing
  • update pricing and timelines transparently
  • adjust plans or selections as needed
  • keep the team aligned so nothing gets lost
We treat changes like professionals do: calmly, clearly, and with no drama—so you stay in control without the project turning chaotic.

11) How do scheduling, timelines, and communication work?

Once you approve the proposal, we schedule the work and keep you informed. You’ll know:
  • what’s happening next
  • who is coming out
  • what you need to decide (if anything)
  • when inspections or permit steps occur (if applicable)
We’re big on clarity. A homeowner should never feel “in the dark.” Our goal is for you to feel steady, supported, and respected throughout the entire process.

12) What makes you different from a normal construction company?

From your point of view, we run like a normal, professional company: estimate → proposal → schedule → permits/plans (if needed) → materials → build → finish.
The difference is the people and the structure.
Blueprint Development is the construction arm of this private ecosystem, and it operates inside the member framework of Black Diamond Guild—overseen and guided by Ascending Awareness. That means you’re working inside a closed loop of accountable members, not an open public marketplace.
So you get:
  • local craftspeople who feel like neighbors
  • a nationwide brotherhood of support behind them
  • one team that can handle everything
  • standards that stay consistent
  • a process designed to feel calm, warm, and secure
It’s less like hiring a random contractor—and more like gaining a trusted family you can call for anything your property needs.

Ready When You Are

If you’ve read through this and found yourself thinking, “This actually feels different… this feels right,” that’s not an accident.
Blueprint Development was built for homeowners who want things done clearly, professionally, and without stress—by people they can trust, in a structure designed to protect everyone involved.
Becoming a member is simple, and it opens the door to having a skilled local professional come out, look at your property, and help you move forward—whether that’s something small or something life-changing.
So if there’s a project on your mind, a question you’ve been sitting with, or something you’ve been meaning to get done for far too long… go ahead and reach out.
Join the Guild, give us a call or send an email, and let’s take care of it—together.
Once you work with us, you’ll understand why our members don’t go anywhere else.
